Reading the Bible is a simple thing to do. Yet, it brings us into the very mind of God. Reading the Bible, like praying, is the least we can do to begin to know and understand what our Lord and Savior wants to teach us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may use these reading guides for your private needs or as part of a group. However you use them, be certain to pray for understanding before reading, maintain a prayerful attitude while reading and conclude with a specific prayer to help you apply anything you may have learned while reading. At times there are long lists of names from which one might feel that nothing is to be learned. However, life-long Bible readers and students have discovered that even in such ordinary information our God has something to teach us. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
